Atos launches Genesis Intelligence AI suite and Codex for mission-critical decisions

Atos has launched Atos Genesis Intelligence, an AI suite that combines sovereign data management, AI models, secure orchestration and governance in one ecosystem. The company announced it in Paris on October 26, 2026. The suite targets regulated, data-sensitive organisations. It can run on public cloud, sovereign cloud, on-premises and air-gapped systems. Atos also introduced Atos Codex, which stands for Center of Operations and Data EXcellence. The platform links data, operational context, cybersecurity controls and AI reasoning, so organisations can turn insights into actions under human oversight. It is aimed at critical infrastructure operators, transportation providers, defence agencies and public institutions. "Organizations are looking beyond AI experimentation," said Philippe Salle, chairman and chief executive officer of Atos Group.

The migration took two years, starting with France and then moving to major service centres and the remaining countries. Employees now use a single portal for support, incident management, and device requests. The system runs on a ServiceNow IT service management platform, which replaced several legacy support chains with one operating model.
