About the job
- A completed degree or comparable training in Human Resources, such as a qualification as a personnel specialist.
- Initial practical exposure to recruiting or HR through internships, working-student roles, or projects is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to assess people, communicate clearly and purposefully, and organize work effectively.
- Willingness to implement ideas and take a hands-on approach.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.
- Confident use of Microsoft 365, with willingness to work with AI tools and applicant tracking systems such as Workable or learn them quickly.
- Strong interest in wellness and lifestyle topics and motivation to contribute to recruiting and employer branding.
- Source and approach potential candidates through applicant funnels, online platforms, social media, networks, Workable, and career fairs.
- Review applications, coordinate appointments, conduct interviews first with the team and later independently, and support selection processes through hiring.
- Learn the company's contract structures and support salary and contract negotiations.
- Help organize a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Contribute ideas and take part in campaigns, initiatives, and workshops for employee attraction and retention.
- Learn recruiting processes, propose improvements, and help make workflows more efficient and digital, including through AI tools.
- Complete a nine-month recruiting and talent acquisition phase followed by a three-month rotation through other areas such as operations, marketing, or studios.
- Take on recruiting and talent acquisition responsibility progressively and manage HR and recruiting projects, including digitalization, recruitment technology, employer branding, diversity, or onboarding.
- Spanish language skills are desirable; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
