Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a brand ambassador or background in hospitality or fast-paced food and beverage is required.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, is required.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Proven time-management and prioritization skills are required.
  • A valid state driver's license and valid car insurance are required.
  • The role requires the ability to lift, push, or pull 40–50 pounds.
  • The role requires prolonged periods of driving, standing, or walking.
Responsibilities
  • Own priority retail accounts through volume and sales growth.
  • Achieve weekly sales targets of at least 100 cases.
  • Communicate consistently with distributor partners and their sales teams.
  • Review and adjust priority accounts and focus areas monthly based on area needs, promotional schedules, new product launches, new retailer launches, and seasonal selling patterns in partnership with the manager.
  • Manage and execute sales tactics and initiatives in accordance with sales goals and budget.
  • Win at the account level and drive product velocities, including demoing and building off-shelf displays at priority retailers at the manager's direction.
  • Report weekly to the Regional Sales Manager on goals, tactics, and initiatives.
  • Maintain clear communication with the full-time Super Coffee team regarding goals and responsibilities.
  • Support store and distributor relationships.
  • Achieve weekly sales targets and goals.

  • Proven sales experience, preferably area-specific sales experience.
  • Experience in account management or territory sales.
