Welspun launches 'itna drama kyun?' campaign with vidya balan.

Welspun launches 'itna drama kyun?' campaign with vidya balan. The One Club and Omnicom Advertising India conclude fifth Portfolio Night edition. October 12, 2026 The One Club for Creativity, in partnership with Omnicom Advertising India, concluded the fifth edition of Portfolio Night in India, with two emerging winners: Aadya Adukia from the Mumbai in-person edition and Aaradhya Gandhre from the pan-India virtual edition. Both the winners will now advance to Portfolio Night All-Stars, a week-long virtual programme bringing together winners from each market to collaborate in teams on a creative brief for a major global brand. The final winning team will then be flown to New York by The One Club for a week of events and networking. Five editions in, the platform has firmly established itself as the country's most sought-after launchpad for young creative careers, putting emerging talent directly in front of the people who shape Indian creativity. Participants presented their portfolios and received candid one-on-one feedback from a panel of the industry's senior creative leaders. Speaking about the event, Josy Paul, Chairman & Group CCO, BBDO Group India, said, "What I saw was work that was brave and personal in the best way possible. Talent may open the door, but it is love that takes you forward. Love for the idea, the craft and the people you make it with. Every portfolio carried that love, and it is why I believe our industry's future is secure." Rahul Mathew, Chief Creative Officer, McCann India, said, "We usually think of this opportunity during Portfolio Night as us mentoring them, but the exchange runs both ways. Sitting across from young creatives who have not yet learned what 'can't be done' is a good reset for those of us who have been at it for years. We went in to give feedback and came out with a few things to think about ourselves." Adding on, Russell Barrett, Chief Creative Experience Officer, TBWA\Lintas, said, "Portfolio Night is one of the best things our industry does for young talent. It gives emerging creatives something rare, an honest conversation with no gatekeeping and no shortcuts. I know we say this often, but this year some of the portfolios were truly exceptional and genuinely inspiring. Advertising is in good hands!" OMD, McCann and TVNZ strike gold with 'Love creep' campaign.

OMD, McCann and TVNZ strike gold with 'Love creep' campaign. OMD, McCann and TVNZ's 'Love creep' campaign has won two golds at the 2026 M&M Global Awards. Part of the Ministry of Social Development's 'Love better' campaign, 'Love creep' aims to educate young people about coercive control in relationships. The campaign highlighted unsafe relationships by incorporating a storyline into Shortland Street featuring characters Poppy and Hendrix, showing patterns of coercive behaviour that can develop in unhealthy relationships. The campaign was awarded Best Campaign for Pharma, Well-being & Healthcare and Best Campaign Led by Content. Creates real impact. Jake Firman, head of strategy, OMD NZ, Omnicom Oceania, says: "Young people don't want a lecture, especially from the government. So instead of trying to push our message onto them, we created a story and trusted that they'd understand the message. "The work that creates real impact requires commitment from every partner. These awards, and more importantly the shift we saw in young people's understanding of coercive control, are the result of an extraordinary partnership between the Ministry of Social Development, TVNZ, McCann and OMD. As a group, we committed to finding a way to be helpful for young people, not just deliver a message." Valerie Walshe, TVNZ chief revenue officer, says: "We're incredibly proud to use one of TVNZ's most-loved shows to deliver such an important message. Shortland Street has always reflected the issues facing New Zealanders, but 'Love creep' took it to the next level, and it's fantastic to have that acknowledged on the global stage."
