Salesforce is expanding its AI bundles to drive adoption of its artificial intelligence tools. The company introduced Core, Advanced and Max editions for Agentforce Sales, Service and Industries in September 2026, combining AI, Slack, Tableau Next, security and support. Early results show promise. Bookings from Agentforce One Edition and Agentforce for Apps more than doubled sequentially in Q2 fiscal 2027. Agentforce ARR topped $1.5 billion, up over 240% year over year. Combined Agentforce and Data 360 ARR reached nearly $3.9 billion, rising more than 210%. Despite strong AI growth, overall company revenue growth remains modest at 11% year over year to $11.35 billion in Q2. Management expects fiscal 2027 revenue growth of 11-12%. Salesforce faces competition from Microsoft and Oracle, which are pursuing similar AI bundling strategies.

Swedish entrepreneur Alfred Wahlforss co-founded Listen Labs in San Francisco in 2023 with German Florian Juengermann after meeting at Harvard. The company uses AI language models to conduct and analyse consumer interviews at scale through voice, text, and video, attracting clients including Microsoft and Google. After launching in 2025, Listen Labs quickly reached annual recurring revenue of hundreds of millions of Swedish kronor. In early 2026, the company raised approximately SEK 630 million at a valuation of around $500 million. Salesforce has now acquired Listen Labs. Whilst no financial details were disclosed, Business Insider previously reported the deal was worth approximately $2 billion. Wahlforss will remain as CEO following the acquisition.
Salesforce (CRM) stock has surged 44% over the past three months, significantly outpacing the S&P 500's 3.5% gain. Despite this rally, the stock trades at 19.3 times trailing twelve-month earnings, below the S&P 500's 22.1 multiple. The company's net margin reached 22% over the last twelve months, near its highest level in a decade, up from 4.8% three years ago. However, revenue growth has slowed to 9.9% annually over three years, down from 13.3% over five years. Analysts expect fiscal Q3 2027 revenue of £11.6 billion, exceeding Salesforce's guidance of £11.42 billion to £11.50 billion. Contracted revenue due within twelve months grew 14% year-over-year to £33.5 billion, outpacing actual revenue growth. Salesforce's raised full-year forecast largely reflects pending acquisitions of Contentful and Fin rather than organic growth. The company reports Q3 results in early December.
Priyagold collaborates with Salesforce to modernize sales operations. Salesforce SFA (Sales Force Automation) is standardising day-to-day sales processes and making it easier for field representatives to capture market activity, while giving managers clearer insight into execution and performance. Published on: 29 Sep 2026, 12:03 am Priyagold announced a strategic collaboration with Salesforce, the #1 Agentic CRM*, to transform its sales and distribution operations, connecting its field teams and distributors through a unified, data-driven platform. Priyagold has been built over three generations on product quality, consumer trust and one of the deepest distribution networks in Indian FMCG. Over the past three years, the company has been systematically modernising how it operates - re-engineering core processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), strengthening its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) backbone, building in-house teams for emerging channels and bringing data into everyday decisions. The collaboration with Salesforce extends that evolution to the heart of the business - the go-to-market engine itself. Salesforce SFA (Sales Force Automation) is standardising day-to-day sales processes and making it easier for field representatives to capture market activity, while giving managers clearer insight into execution and performance. Distribution Management is digitising distributor operations and consolidating information across the network. Together, across 2,000 field sales representatives and 3,500 distributors, these capabilities replace fragmented processes and multiple information sources with a single system of engagement, giving Priyagold a more unified view of sales and distribution operations across its network. Mannas Agarwwal, Director, Priyagold, said, "Our sales and distribution network was built over three generations - 2,000 field representatives and 3,500 distributor partners is a scale you earn, not install. My responsibility as the third generation is to give that network the technology it deserves: one source of truth, where every representative, every distributor and every manager reads the same numbers on the same day. This is not a software implementation for us; it is the operating foundation for Priyagold's next twenty years." Aditi Sharma, Vice President, Consumer and Manufacturing Industry Segment, Salesforce India, said, "For consumer-goods companies operating at scale, growth dependson the ability to connect field execution with timely, trusted insights. Salesforce is partnering with Priyagold's leadership to bring its sales and distribution ecosystem onto a unified platform - giving field teams greater clarity and managers stronger visibility across markets. This foundation will enable the company to operate more consistently today while preparing it to unlock new value through analytics, automation and trusted AI." Priyagold plans to deepen adoption across its field and distribution network and explore how analytics, automation and AI can support faster decision-making and sharper execution. The collaboration marks the beginning of a longer transformation journey - moving beyond the digitisation of existing processes towards a connected, intelligent and scalable operating model for the decades ahead.
