Voyager Technologies uses a vertical integration approach to unify multiple space and defense firms, offering end-to-end space and defense capabilities. It operates in three segments—Defense & National Security, Space Solutions, and Starlab Space Stations—and earns much of its revenue from U.S. government contracts for missile defense, propulsion, and signals intelligence, while handling mission planning, payload integration, launch support, and on-orbit operations. Its flagship Starlab space station, developed with Airbus for a single-launch deployment on a SpaceX Starship, plus the Bishop Airlock and lunar initiatives from Astrobotic, illustrate its integrated space infrastructure. The company aims to grow the commercial space economy and extend human activity in space by providing a continuous private space platform in low Earth orbit for government and commercial users.

  • Haven-1 and Axiom Station race Starlab, forcing Voyager to prove execution before 2028.
  • Starlab still depends on one successful commercial station bet; a slip breaks Voyager's valuation case.

What makes Voyager Technologies unique

  • Voyager's Starlab passed NASA Commercial Critical Design Review on February 23, 2026.
  • Voyager owns a vertically integrated stack through Voyager Lunar Systems, including Astrobotic and mission services.
