About the job

Requirements
  • A BA or BS is required; an MBA is a plus.
  • At least 8 years of experience in partner/alliance operations, channel program management, partner enablement, or go-to-market/revenue operations.
  • Demonstrated experience administering a multi-tier partner program, including tiering criteria, deal registration, and MDF/incentive tracking, within a PRM or CRM system such as Salesforce, Impartner, Allbound, or a comparable platform.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain KPI reporting and dashboards for partner-sourced or influenced pipeline, marketplace revenue, and program ROI, using sourced-versus-influenced measurement discipline.
  • Experience designing or running partner onboarding, certification, or enablement programs, including content management and portal/PRM ownership.
  • Strong analytical and process-design skills, including auditing deal-registration integrity, MDF spend, and certification currency, and translating findings into clear, actionable reporting.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Alliances teams to keep program mechanics aligned with evolving go-to-market motions.
  • Familiarity with cloud marketplace and hyperscaler co-sell program mechanics, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, sufficient to administer and report on them.
  • High attention to detail and a strong bias toward process integrity and data accuracy.
  • Comfort operating as the systems-and-rules owner in a fast-moving, relationship-driven organization and enforcing program compliance without owning the external relationship.
  • Strong written communication skills to produce clear, concise leadership reporting and enablement content for Partner/Alliance Managers.
  • Ability to operate in a virtual, matrixed environment, coordinating internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Alliances under time pressure.
  • Proactive and self-directed approach to identifying compliance gaps and reporting needs before being asked.
Responsibilities
  • Administer the multi-tier partner program across referral, reseller, technology alliance, systems integrator/consulting, and ISV partners; own tier criteria, documentation, and systems that keep tiering consistent and auditable across regions.
  • Own the annual review and re-tiering process by pulling performance data, applying criteria objectively, and producing tier-change recommendations for Partner/Alliance Managers to deliver to partners.
  • Maintain tier-specific benefit, margin/discount, MDF allocation, and SLA documentation, and confirm consistent application across regions.
  • Own and grow the company's ISV partnership strategy, building an ecosystem of technology partners that natively integrate with Mosaic.
  • Recruit and manage relationships with complementary ISVs, including data platforms, cloud data warehouses, AI/ML tooling, and workflow/automation vendors, to expand Mosaic's connector and integration footprint.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize and scope joint integrations, co-developed connectors, and embedded/OEM use cases that extend Mosaic's value within partner ecosystems.
  • Define ISV partnership tiers and technical requirements, including API/SDK usage, certification, and co-branding standards, for Mosaic integrations.
  • Establish and maintain a Mosaic technology partner directory or marketplace listing showcasing certified ISV integrations to customers and prospects.
  • Drive joint go-to-market motions with ISV partners, including co-selling, co-marketing, and joint solution briefs positioning Mosaic alongside partner technology.
  • Manage the end-to-end ISV partner lifecycle, including recruitment, technical onboarding, certification, go-to-market launch, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Track ISV ecosystem health metrics, including active integrations, certification status, partner-sourced pipeline, and customer adoption of joint solutions.
  • Own the deal-registration process and system (PRM/CRM), including approval workflows, SLAs, expiration rules, and dispute-resolution support.
  • Monitor partner adherence to program requirements, including certification status, deal-registration compliance, MDF usage/reporting, and SLA commitments, and flag gaps to the responsible Partner/Alliance Manager.
  • Train internal sales and partner-facing teams on program policies to drive adoption and reduce compliance friction.
  • Run periodic compliance audits of deal-registration integrity, MDF spend against approved use, and certification currency, and report findings to leadership.
  • Define, track, and publish ecosystem KPIs, including partner-sourced/influenced pipeline, marketplace revenue, certification completion, MDF ROI, and partner health scores, using sourced-versus-influenced discipline and avoiding vanity metrics.
  • Build and maintain a partner health scorecard that flags disengaged or non-compliant partners and routes re-engagement actions to the appropriate Partner/Alliance Manager.
  • Produce regular monthly or quarterly reporting packages for leadership, Sales, and Alliances.
  • Own budget tracking and ROI reporting for MDF and incentive programs.
  • Build and maintain the partner enablement curriculum, including role-based training tracks, certification/accreditation programs, and a content library, working with Product/Solutions Engineering on technical content.
  • Own and maintain the partner portal/PRM content hub, including collateral, sandbox access, and self-service resources, so Partner/Alliance Managers have current materials.
  • Design and maintain the partner onboarding framework, including agreement-to-first-deal milestones and a 30/60/90-day journey, and coordinate cross-functional touchpoints with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Legal, and Marketing; Partner/Alliance Managers deliver the framework.
  • Own partner enablement end to end, ensuring partners progress in driving partner-sourced revenue.
  • Partner closely with regional Partner/Alliance Managers to ensure they have the data, tools, and enablement content they need.
  • Work with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Cloud/Alliances to align program mechanics, including tiering, MDF, and deal registration, with evolving go-to-market motions.
  • Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on program rules, policies, and systems.
Desired Qualifications
  • Direct hands-on experience with a PRM platform such as Impartner, Allbound, Salesforce PRM, Crossbeam, or a similar platform, and CRM-integrated deal-registration workflows.
  • Familiarity with the semantic layer/enterprise BI and analytics category and the broader AI-data-readiness landscape.
  • Experience building partner health scorecards or comparable governance/reporting frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of MDF/co-op fund administration and ROI reporting for channel or marketing programs.

Strategy stock rose 88.2% in five years, beating 117 of 125 peers despite losses

Strategy (MSTR), the bitcoin treasury company formerly known as MicroStrategy, rose 88.2% over the five years to October 20, 2026. The typical Application Software company fell 46.1%, and Strategy beat 117 of the 125 other firms in its industry. The gain did not come from the business. Revenue growth averaged 0.02% a year over three years, and the operating margin moved from a 14.3% profit to an 8.1% loss. The diluted share count rose 261.7%. Investors paid more for each dollar of sales instead: 12.8 times at the end of June 2021 and 101.0 times by October 20. Over the past year, the stock fell 51.9% against a 20.7% drop for the typical software stock. Strategy reported an $8.22 billion loss for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as the bitcoin price declined.

Cantor raises Strategy price target to $208 on $112,000 bitcoin forecast

Cantor Fitzgerald raised its price target on Strategy (NASDAQ: MSTR) to $208 from $186 and kept an overweight rating. Strategy shares were down in premarket trading. The firm lifted its 12-month bitcoin price assumption to $112,000 from $98,000, citing recent market strength. Cantor values Strategy on a sum-of-the-parts basis. It applies 2x enterprise value to sales on estimated 2027 sales of $509 million, and values Strategy's 848,000 bitcoin at the new price. That lifts its enterprise value estimate to $110 billion from $97 billion. At $112,000 each, the bitcoin holdings would be worth about $95 billion.

Strategy joins 24/7 tokenised stock trading with onchain shareholder rights

Strategy has become one of the first equities available through a new 24/7 tokenised stock trading platform launched by OKX and Intercontinental Exchange. The joint venture uses an SEC exemption to allow investors to trade tokenised Strategy shares around the clock on blockchain infrastructure. Token holders receive direct shareholder rights that mirror traditional stock investors, including dividends and voting rights. The service ties into Strategy's 12% preferred payout on STRC and its share buyback programme. Strategy operates as a bitcoin treasury company, which helps explain why its ticker was selected for this tokenised trading channel. The company's business already combines traditional software infrastructure with digital asset exposure. The key question is how trading volumes and liquidity will develop under the SEC innovation exemption once more data becomes available.

Cramer says buy Bitcoin directly as Strategy rallies 76% on crypto gains

Jim Cramer questioned investing in Strategy Inc (NASDAQ: MSTR) as a proxy for Bitcoin exposure during the 1 October episode of Mad Money. Despite Strategy's 76% rally in the third quarter, Cramer suggested buying Bitcoin directly instead. Strategy continued accumulating Bitcoin in September, purchasing 1,665 Bitcoin for $142.7 million. Total holdings reached 847,666 Bitcoin at an aggregate cost of $63.95 billion. The company also reported $5.02 billion in US dollar reserves and $1 billion in additional cash. Strategy sold approximately 1.47 million common shares for $246.2 million during 21–27 September to fund Bitcoin purchases and preferred-stock repurchases. The company's enterprise-value-to-Bitcoin-holdings multiple stood at approximately 1.14x, compared with 0.72x for peer Metaplanet.

Strategy buys only 334 Bitcoin for $29M but spends $176M on stock buybacks

MicroStrategy, now called Strategy, purchased just 334 Bitcoin for $28.7 million last week whilst spending $176.3 million buying back its own preferred stock. The company now holds 848,000 BTC. The firm repurchased approximately 1.77 million shares of Stretch (STRC), a preferred stock paying 12% annual dividends. Most funding came from USD Cash reserves, with $154.1 million allocated to buybacks versus only $13 million for Bitcoin. Gold advocate Peter Schiff suggested Strategy has lost its Bitcoin-buying power because STRC no longer raises fresh capital. The company booked a $20.91 billion gain on Bitcoin in the third quarter. Smaller rival Strive purchased 2,000 BTC during the same period, six times Strategy's weekly acquisition.
