  • Use your ophthalmic optics expertise in customer interactions and ensure a professional, trustworthy consultation experience.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, identify potential early, and make decisions that sustainably strengthen the team and branch.
  • Continuously develop the branch and set future standards together with the team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Initial leadership experience, such as experience as a branch manager, is preferred.
