Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences and Technology, Information Management, or a related field, or a high school diploma/GED with 7 years of work experience.
  • Five years of progressive experience in information technology, healthcare, or business project management-related fields.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to analyze and solve problems and interpret data.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, in a team environment, and to be self-motivated and self-disciplined.
  • Knowledge of the processes, applications, and technologies of assigned areas.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple and changing priorities.
  • Ability to complete projects on time and on budget with minimal supervision or direction.
  • Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of project management techniques used to keep teams aligned and focused on milestone-level task reporting.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds, with frequent sitting, standing, and keyboard use.
Responsibilities
  • Identify complex business problems, environments, and objectives, and align them with organizational strategies.
  • Establish project goals and develop plans to meet those goals.
  • Maintain project timeframes, budget estimates, and expected status reports.
  • Manage specifications, designs, constructions, and updates of efficient project workplans for projects of small to medium complexity.
  • Use project management methodologies to track project performance, schedule adherence, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate project team members, develop schedules, and assign individual responsibilities.
  • Implement strategies that deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Organize meetings to discuss project goals, daily tasks assigned to technology teams, and progress to minimize scope deviation.
  • Monitor the development and testing of disaster recovery procedures.
  • Coordinate project go-live logistics.

  • Seven years of work experience as an alternative to the required bachelor's degree.
