Requirements
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Data Science/Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business, or another related field.
  • Have coursework or project experience in Python or R; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
  • Have an interest in data analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Be able to communicate ideas clearly and work collaboratively with others.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with assembling, cleaning, and organizing large datasets to prepare them for analysis.
  • Support team members in merging and parsing data to uncover trends and patterns.
  • Learn to apply statistical and machine learning techniques under the guidance of senior data scientists.
  • Help document model code, track results, and contribute to validating predictive models.
  • Assist in creating attributes and rules from raw data to support analytic projects.
  • Contribute to data visualization efforts to communicate findings.
  • Participate in preparing responses to client inquiries regarding data, score calculations, or analytic outputs.
  • Document work clearly and practice presenting results in a team setting.
Desired Qualifications
  • Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn is desirable.

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is expanding its integration with Epic's Connection Hub to offer additional identity verification capabilities for healthcare providers. The integration will allow US hospitals using Epic to implement various identity verification solutions that work seamlessly with Epic MyChart patient portals. The expanded suite includes LexisNexis ThreatMetrix, Instant Verify, Flex ID, Phone Finder and One Time Password. The company plans to add LexisNexis IDVerse, an AI-powered solution that authenticates documents and biometrics to detect deepfakes and forgeries, supporting a NIST IAL2-certified workflow. The app is expected to be available later this year.
