Requirements
  • Gainsight Certification - Level 2 is required as the baseline.
  • Hands-on experience with Matrix Data Architecture, MDA objects, Data Designer, and Rules Engine.
  • Experience designing and configuring health scorecards, playbooks, CTAs, and Success Plans from scratch.
  • Experience with Journey Orchestrator programs, surveys, and email templates.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards for Customer Success leadership and executive consumption.
  • Experience managing Salesforce-Gainsight integration and data synchronization.
  • At least 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business systems, or a closely related function, including meaningful ownership of go-to-market systems.
  • Deep hands-on Salesforce expertise, including working knowledge of Salesforce data, dashboards, reports, workflows, analyses, and operational insights.
  • Experience with adjacent go-to-market tooling, including customer success platforms, CPQ, engagement, and business intelligence.
  • Experience designing and implementing systems rather than only maintaining inherited systems.
  • Strong analytical judgment, including defining metrics, building analyses, and defending conclusions to skeptical audiences.
  • Ability to move between deep analytics and high-trust, hands-on partnership with Sales stakeholders in a consultative capacity.
  • Experience translating complex data, queries, and system behavior into concise business recommendations and executive-ready presentations.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional programs to completion without formal authority.
  • Ability to set priorities under ambiguity and decline lower-priority work in service of higher-impact work.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and credibly with senior stakeholders, explain technical constraints in business terms, and build alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to identify patterns in tool utilization, codify best practices, and drive adoption of more effective ways of working.
  • Demonstrated preference for durable solutions over one-off fixes and a high standard for owned systems.
  • Applicants must maintain work authorization for the duration of employment without employer sponsorship or employer-provided training plans or attestations.
Responsibilities
  • Own the RevOps systems roadmap by defining priorities, making build, buy, or defer tradeoffs, and aligning stakeholders on sequencing.
  • Lead complex cross-functional programs, including system migrations, integrations, and automation initiatives, from scoping through adoption and measurement.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and analytics measuring customer satisfaction, account health, tool adoption, and utilization across the revenue organization.
  • Develop account-level reporting showing tool and workflow usage, areas of strong or weak adoption, and actions to improve effectiveness.
  • Package complex usage and performance data into decision-ready insights and translate analysis into recommendations, enablement, and operating guidance for Sales, Customer Success, and go-to-market leadership.
  • Serve as the technical owner of core go-to-market tooling, including Gainsight, by designing scalable architecture, data models, and workflows.
  • Define and enforce data quality standards and own the reporting layer used by go-to-market leadership for decision-making.
  • Create presentation-ready narratives explaining queries, reports, dashboards, and recommended actions to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product leadership as a business advisor to translate ambiguous business problems into system and process solutions.
  • Establish operational standards for issue intake, triage, and system reliability, and reduce recurring failure modes at their root.
  • Mentor junior team members and cross-functional partners to raise system fluency across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities that leadership has not yet surfaced, build the case for them, and drive them to resolution.
Desired Qualifications
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred but not required.

Modern Health has launched Resilient Leadership Pathways, a new offering designed to help managers develop emotional resilience and leadership skills amid rising workplace pressures. The programme pairs leaders with specialist providers for four structured one-to-one sessions, combining leadership development with mental well-being support. The launch responds to growing challenges facing managers: 77% say their role is harder than ever, whilst 60% report increasing expectations to support team mental health, though only 23% feel adequately equipped. The collection includes five topic-specific pathways covering leadership style, confident presence, empathy, change management and team motivation.
