Requirements

  • Strong ability to analyze financial and other reports.
  • Strong data-management and data-analysis skills.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and finance, management control, and accounting.
  • At least five years of experience in similar roles leading teams.
  • Experience planning and monitoring processes, with an operational-excellence orientation.
  • Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the building operates and is maintained optimally, residents are satisfied, profitability is maximized, and commercial strategies are led.
  • Improve property policies and procedures continuously and ensure budgeted objectives are met.
  • Lead the sales, customer-service, and maintenance teams.
  • Prepare and supervise financial reporting for all investors involved in the business.
  • Lead team members professionally and respectfully to foster a positive workplace.
  • Lead commercial strategies, including sales and collaboration with the Commercial and Marketing team, to achieve budgeted objectives.
  • Prepare and manage property budgets.
  • Proactively manage customer-satisfaction metrics by analyzing information, creating plans, and monitoring results.
  • Plan all community activities.
  • Review, analyze, and interpret market data to identify emerging trends that may affect property performance.
  • Generate savings effectively and efficiently.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the condominium ownership law.
  • Knowledge of customer-experience improvement and SERNAC/post-sale frameworks and policies.
  • Technical and operational knowledge of properties.
  • English proficiency; desirable but not required.
