Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Work with creative advertising agencies and media vendors to traffic ad copy.
  • Reconcile media invoices.
  • Assist media buyers and supervisors with analysis and research.
  • Assist with paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.
  • Traffic digital creative assets and set up return on investment tracking for digital campaigns.
  • Track network television air times.
  • Manage print ad copy and communicate with publications to receive proof of run.
  • Record data in media software for post-buy analysis.
  • Participate in company brainstorms for new business pitches and existing client campaigns.
  • Perform general administrative duties.
Desired Qualifications
  • One to two years of internship experience in advertising or marketing.
  • Communications coursework or other internship experience.
