Requirements

  • Four to six years of experience in digital content creation.
  • A demonstrated record of driving audience growth and launching successful creative campaigns across short-form and long-form video.
  • Hands-on mastery of video editing using Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or Final Cut; photo and graphic design using Photoshop, Canva, or Figma; and social management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute multi-channel content roadmaps across video platforms including TikTok, YouTube, and Reels, visual media, and written platforms, aligned with core business targets.
  • Concept, script, film, and edit multimedia assets, setting standards for visual design, storytelling, and brand voice.
  • Streamline production schedules, review deliverables, and mentor team members.
  • Enforce visual guidelines, tone of voice, and channel best practices across all published media.
