About the job

Requirements
  • Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate artificial intelligence into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, such as using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring artificial intelligence’s potential impact on the function or industry.
  • Approximately 10 years of total work experience, including 5 or more years in go-to-market strategy, sales strategy, product go-to-market, or program management in enterprise software or Software as a Service.
  • Demonstrated experience running go-to-market programs for emerging or recently launched enterprise products, including sales enablement, pipeline generation, field activation, and adoption tracking.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software sales motions, including specialist sales, channel and partner dynamics, and the interplay between field sales and product go-to-market teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs at pace, prioritizing across competing demands and delivering through influence rather than authority.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including building pipeline models, tracking program performance, identifying gaps, and presenting data-backed recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in executive forums and working sessions, prepare concise updates for senior stakeholders, and facilitate cross-functional alignment.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous, high-growth environments, build structure where none exists, move quickly, and learn new product domains.
Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end go-to-market program for Armis, Veza, Moveworks, and AI Control Tower across APAC; design and execute regional landing plans, translating global product strategies into APAC-contextualized plays, coverage models, and pipeline programs.
  • Drive sales activation and field readiness across APAC markets for the growth products by building and delivering enablement programs, landing kits, and competitive positioning that equip field teams to identify, qualify, and close opportunities.
  • Lead AI-native sales acceleration across the APAC field by defining the APAC approach to AI-native selling, tracking adoption across regions, identifying blockers, and working with the Head of APAC GTM and regional Business Managers to drive execution against AI-native pipeline targets.
  • Build and manage program cadences across growth products, tracking deal momentum, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional execution, and maintaining visibility into pipeline health, top opportunities, and program risks.
  • Partner with Marketing to co-design and execute demand-generation programs, events, and pipeline-acceleration campaigns for growth products, aligning marketing investment with relevant moments and accounts.
  • Coordinate with partner teams to integrate the channel into growth-product go-to-market motions, define partner plays, identify top partners by Major Area, and track and accelerate partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Represent the growth-products portfolio in APAC pipeline reviews, quarterly business reviews, and leadership forums; provide structured updates on program performance, pipeline coverage, and execution gaps with recommendations for intervention.
  • Serve as the APAC voice to global product and go-to-market teams for Armis, Veza, Moveworks, and AI Control Tower, surfacing APAC-specific market intelligence, competitive dynamics, and execution feedback to inform global strategy and product roadmap decisions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with security, identity, or artificial intelligence product categories is a plus.
  • APAC experience and regional awareness are strongly preferred, including understanding market dynamics, customer buying patterns, and cultural nuances across India, Asia and Korea, and ANZ, and adapting global go-to-market plays accordingly.
  • Ability to build trust quickly with field-facing and product-facing stakeholders.

ServiceNow CFO: Overwork doesn't make a better leader, recovery drives performance

ServiceNow president and chief financial officer Gina Mastantuono says overwork does not make a better leader. Speaking at the Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit, she said recovery is a prerequisite for high performance, not a distraction from it. She criticised the idea that 14-hour days and four hours of sleep show commitment. "That is such a terrible example for the people around us," she said. Prioritising recovery helped her listen more thoughtfully, stay composed under pressure, and improve her work-life balance. Fellow panellist Alicia Hatch of Deloitte said 94% of female C-suite executives played sports growing up. Deloitte projects global women's sports revenue will reach at least $3 billion in 2026, a 340% rise over four years.

Over 25% of S&P 500 stocks are down 40%+: four bargain tech picks, from Netflix to Oracle

More than 25% of S&P 500 stocks are down 40% or more from their highs, even with the index near record levels, as of October 8, 2026. The Motley Fool sees that as a chance to hunt for bargains in tech. It names four picks. Netflix trades at about 18.5 times 2027 analyst earnings estimates, and advertising should drive its growth. Oracle has a $664 billion backlog in cloud infrastructure, but carries heavy debt and burns cash. ServiceNow, hit by the 2026 software sell-off, trades at 7.5 times forward sales as it pushes into agentic AI. AppLovin trades at 13 times 2027 earnings estimates. Its revenue rose 53% last quarter to $1.9 billion.

CFOs at Chevron, ServiceNow and Nasdaq say AI must earn capital; ServiceNow targets $500M savings

Chevron, ServiceNow and Nasdaq finance chiefs say AI projects must prove their worth before getting funded. They spoke on a panel at the Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit in Santa Barbara on Tuesday. Chevron's chief financial officer, Eimear Bonner, said AI "has got to compete for capital" and cannot be "a science experiment." She wants a clear path to value and results that reach the bottom line. ServiceNow's Gina Mastantuno said CFOs must also weigh the cost of falling behind rivals. The company expects $500 million in savings this year, largely from using its own products. Nasdaq's Sarah Youngwood sorts investments by time horizon and tracks AI metrics such as coding speed, client retention and token costs.
