Matlock brings more than 26 years of experience in banking and commercial real estate, with extensive expertise in commercial lending, residential construction lending, treasury management, and relationship banking. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President and Commercial Lender at another Northwest Arkansas Bank. Throughout her career, she has also held leadership roles with large banks in Arkansas. In her new role, Matlock will lead business development efforts throughout Northwest Arkansas by cultivating strong relationships across the community and connecting businesses and individuals with customized lending and deposit solutions.
