Requirements

Three years of manufacturing, marketing, or warehouse experience is preferred.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Ability to read a bill of materials (BOM) and a receiving schedule.
Must obtain an LTO license at Rheem.
Ability to perform inventory transactions using Korber and High Jump.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required within the first six months.
Proficiency with Oracle inventory applications is required within the first six months.
Ability to review transactions and receipts for anomalies within the first six months.
Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management.
Ability to work from written or verbal orders.
Ability to repeatedly lift 5 to 50 pounds.
Ability to read and write in English.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Problem-solving ability.
Attention to detail.
Basic math and reading/writing comprehension.
Ability to learn and assist in developing audit processes and Kanban delivery signals.

Responsibilities

Maintain empty locations within the distribution center so they are ready for putaways and product storage.
Pull product and empty pallets from exhausted bin locations.
Run the empty locations report.
Use the empty locations report to verify that each location is empty and adjust inventory in or out when needed.
Assist with inventory verification.
Maintain the accuracy of Oracle storage locations and corresponding physical locations.
Perform cycle counts on inventory.
Maintain storage locations and labeling.
Maintain good housekeeping.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Desired Qualifications

Three years of manufacturing, marketing, or warehouse experience.

This position is responsible for maintaining empty locations within the distribution center to ensure they are ready for putaways and product storage. This role supports efficient inventory flow by verifying empty locations, updating system records, and assisting with inventory accuracy and related operational tasks.

Morning Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm

Starting Hourly Rate: $20.50 - $22.00/hr

3 years manufacturing, marketing, or warehouse experience preferred

Ability to read a receiving schedule

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
