Requirements
  • Experience partnering with engineering teams in a highly technical, customer-facing environment, such as technical project management, technical program management, consulting, delivery leadership, or a comparable role.
  • Ability to participate in design-level technical conversations and accurately capture requirements, decisions, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs.
  • Fluency with developer tooling, including comfort reading a pull request, writing a script, and using artificial intelligence coding assistants to automate work; Python and SQL are a plus.
  • Technical breadth across several of the following areas, with meaningful depth in at least one: cloud or on-premises infrastructure, including containers, orchestration, networking, or GPU compute; data engineering, data pipelines, and enterprise-system integrations; artificial intelligence and machine learning systems; software security, dependency management, and vulnerability remediation; application delivery, DevOps, or platform operations.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and confidently to engineering, business, and executive audiences.
  • Experience coordinating work across technical teams, client stakeholders, account teams, and other business partners.
  • Experience identifying and tracking technical risks, project dependencies, constraints, and success criteria.
  • Comfort working within enterprise constraints such as security reviews, restricted environments, procurement processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong written communication, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to learn unfamiliar technical concepts quickly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engineers, clients, and account leaders to understand technical objectives and proactively address project needs.
  • Participate in technical discussions and capture requirements, decisions, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across infrastructure, data, security, and artificial intelligence and machine learning.
  • Help clients clarify where their data resides, who owns it, how it can be accessed, and which business processes artificial intelligence should support.
  • Track constraints involving data sovereignty, on-premises infrastructure, air-gapped deployment, security, compliance, and procurement.
  • Maintain shared visibility into project plans, priorities, decisions, deliverables, dependencies, and status.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across technical, operational, and leadership teams.
  • Ensure technical deliverables remain aligned with client requirements and business objectives.
  • Identify risks, challenges, and unresolved decisions early and help drive them toward resolution.
  • Support transitions from implementation to operation, including documentation, handoffs, and ongoing support arrangements.
  • Partner with account leaders to identify opportunities for expansion, renewal, or deeper client collaboration.
  • Share best practices, lessons learned, and reusable approaches across the Project Success team.

  • Experience working within financial services or another highly regulated industry.
  • Experience guiding projects from discovery and implementation through operational handoff and ongoing support.
  • Consulting or professional-services experience.
