  • Must be able to work indoors or outside, remain on their feet for the majority of the day, occasionally climb stairs and walk on uneven surfaces, frequently lift and carry up to 60 pounds at shoulder height, and frequently bend, squat, push, pull, grasp, manipulate, and perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
  • Requires a high school diploma.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking garnishes, straws, and napkins and ensuring bartenders have clean towels and glassware.
  • Keep the bar stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer.
  • Check taps and appliances, make minor repairs, and change out kegs when needed.
  • Keep the bar clean by wiping surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles.
  • Learn menu items and memorize cocktail recipes.
  • Take orders, prepare drinks, bus tables, open tabs, and process payments during peak hours.
  • Speak with customers, answer questions, and handle complaints.
  • Maintain usage records to support reordering and ensure delivered items are stored properly.

Outbound Park City set to open in early 2027.

Outbound Park City set to open in early 2027. Reading Time: 2 minutes US: Lifestyle brand Outbound Hotels will open its 180-room Park City property in early 2027, located in Utah. With views of the Wasatch Mountains, Outbound Park City will open for stays beginning 1 April 2027. Alongside its 180 rooms, amenities include two F&B venues - an all-day diner and cocktail bar - alongside two social areas. One serves as an indoor retreat with a pool, hot tub, cabanas and loungers, while an outdoor courtyard includes fire pits, outdoor games, and areas for live music. An additional 11,000 square feet of flexible meeting space is also available for events. "Park City is an exciting opportunity for us to bring the Outbound experience to one of the country's most iconic four-season mountain destinations," said Matthew Mering, co-founder of Outbound Hotels. "With reservations now open, we're one step closer to welcoming guests to a place where they can get outside, spend time together and enjoy everything Park City has to offer all year round." The Outbound portfolio includes The Virginian Lodge in Jackson Hole, WY; Outbound Mammoth in Mammoth Lakes, CA; Outbound Stowe in Stowe, VT; and Outbound Sedona in Sedona, AZ. CoralTree Hospitality appoints new CTO.

CoralTree Hospitality appoints new CTO. CoralTree Hospitality has appointed Jeff Knowlton as chief technology officer to lead the company's enterprise technology strategy, digital innovation and systems optimization across its portfolio. Knowlton brings more than 25 years of experience in hospitality and technology leadership, digital transformation, guest-facing platform enhancement and operational system modernization to his new role. He will oversee CoralTree's technology roadmap, focusing on improving guest experience, operational efficiency and scalable infrastructure to support the company's expansion. "Jeff's deep expertise at the intersection of hospitality and technology makes him an exceptional addition to our leadership team," said Tom Luersen, president of CoralTree Hospitality. "As we continue to grow, his vision and leadership will be instrumental in delivering innovative, seamless, and data-driven guest experiences across our portfolio." Before joining CoralTree Hospitality, Knowlton most recently served as chief information officer at Peregrine Hospitality. Prior to that, he served in the same role at Sonesta Hotels International.
