Responsibilities
Work on personal injury cases, including client meetings, motion work, discovery, depositions, and mediations.
Discover and develop clients’ stories, handle cases, and protect clients from being taken advantage of by insurance companies.
Manage caseloads proactively and provide exemplary customer service to clients.
Use strategic insights to help drive the business forward.
Lead and manage the pod, and develop and implement strategies that foster productive relationships with the support team and align the team with company goals and objectives.
Advocate assertively on behalf of clients and pursue options to obtain the results they deserve.

What We’re Looking For:
