About the job

Requirements
  • You expect the candidate to be able to mock up an MVP and then go build the thing, scoping what matters, and then shipping it yourself in a role that blends product thinking and engineering (PM brain, engineer hands).
  • You require the candidate to be extremely AI-pilled, with familiarity with frontier AI concepts, having read papers, run benchmarks, broken models, and having strong opinions on tool-use versus code-generation agents, including when to use Retrieval-Augmented Generation versus fine-tuning, and how to build effective evaluation frameworks.
  • You require the candidate to think in systems and loops rather than tasks and tickets, designing processes where agents trigger other agents, outputs become inputs, and the whole system compounds without manual runs.
  • You require the candidate to have built and shipped agents in production—real systems that ran autonomously, handled edge cases, and improved over time.
  • You require the candidate to be process-oriented, recognizing that the difference between a cool demo and a reliable agent lies in evals, observability, structured outputs, error handling, and constant iteration on failure modes.
  • You require the candidate to experiment fast and cheap, validating agent architectures with quick tests before investing in production builds, accepting a higher initial failure rate if feedback loops are tight.
  • You require fluency across the modern artificial intelligence stack without being religious about any part of it.
  • You require clear communication, complete ownership of work, and the ability to know what to build next without waiting for instruction.
Responsibilities
  • Build AI agents from scratch that autonomously run marketing workflows: content generation, campaign development and launches, paid channel optimization, creative testing, and more.
  • Break down workflows into the pieces agents actually need: skills, tools, evals, guardrails, memory, and feedback loops.
  • Build evaluation frameworks that measure agent quality, catch regressions, and drive improvement without someone babysitting the system.
  • Design self-improving loops. Agents should monitor their own outputs, learn from outcomes, and get sharper over time. The bar: it works at 3am on a Sunday and is better by Monday.
  • Own everything from identifying which workflows to automate, to prototyping, to production deployment, to monitoring and iteration. You are the PM and the engineer.
  • Stay plugged into the cutting edge of agentic AI, new model capabilities, tool-use patterns, multi-agent orchestration, MCP, evals frameworks, and bring what you learn into production fast.
  • Build reusable agent infrastructure, internal tooling, and documentation so the rest of the marketing team can operate and trust what you've built.
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with marketing systems like HubSpot, Segment, Amplitude, Salesforce, similar Go-To-Market platforms, or a willingness to learn.
  • You have built multi-agent systems with orchestration layers and inter-agent communication.
  • You have shipped internal tools or platforms that other teams actually adopted and relied on.
