- Ability to use communication key performance indicators and derive improvements from data, feedback, and market observations.
- Strong ownership, analytical ability, advisory skills, and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully, integrate different perspectives, and advocate well-founded recommendations even in the face of resistance.
- Develop audience-appropriate communication concepts, messages, and calls to action for sales and sales partners.
- Coordinate communication measures around a consistent narrative across topics, formats, and channels.
- Manage topics, measures, and projects within the role's remit independently, from defining objectives and planning through publication and performance evaluation.
- Use sales feedback, surveys, market observations, and communication key performance indicators to assess measures based on data and continuously improve them.
- Create persuasive decision-making and management materials and represent topics confidently in relevant cross-functional groups and committees.
- Actively shape change, communicate its value through persuasive narratives, and advance topics constructively across differing interests.
- Enjoy trying new approaches, learning from experience, and developing effective solutions collaboratively.
