Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish capability.
- Ability to handle patient complaints with tact and diplomacy.
- Strong working knowledge of health management and service delivery.
- Working knowledge of and experience with the culture of the organization's patient population.
- Strong communication and team-building skills.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and spreadsheets; Medical Manager knowledge is a plus.
- Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills.
- High organization and attention to detail.
- Strong mathematics skills.
- Self-initiative and adaptability.
- Ability to work in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act of the State of New Mexico.
- Current New Mexico registered nurse license.
- A Bachelor's degree and at least one year of full-time behavioral health work experience, plus one year of supervisory experience; alternatively, an Associate's degree and at least six years of full-time behavioral health work experience.
- One year of supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide programmatic support and oversight, including staff assignments, file compliance, staff support, and medication support.
- Ensure the effective provision of services and provide administrative supervision of the team.
- Provide services to adult mental health patients.
- Assist in developing, evaluating, and coordinating treatment plans and recovery services.
- Provide support when the ACT Team Lead or Director is unavailable.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Medical Manager.
