Requirements
  • Two or more years of experience in food and beverage are required.
  • Six months of supervisor or management-level experience are required.
  • A valid Food Handlers Card and Beverage Permit (MAST Certification) are required.
  • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly and professionally is required.
  • The role requires the ability to exchange accurate information while communicating with customers.
  • The role requires distinguishing different tastes, such as sweet and bitter flavors, and working in a noisy, distracting environment.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure a culture of positivity and accountability.
  • Execute operational excellence in food service and guest experience.
  • Support all operational, administrative, and facilities tasks for the restaurant and bar.
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of people and business operations.
  • Hire, train, and develop employees.
  • Apply knowledge of critical quality control points for menu items through expo and timely delivery of food.
  • Maneuver throughout the restaurant and office to access food and beverage items, machinery, and other restaurant equipment.
  • Operate basic office and restaurant equipment.
  • Ascend and descend ladders or stairs to service machinery, lights, and ceiling fans.

  • Experience in an upscale concept is preferred.
  • Passion for guest service.
