About the Job

Requirements

  • Several years of production infrastructure and security experience, with deep expertise in either platform security or identity and readiness to grow in the other area.
  • Experience operating vulnerability scanning, CVE management, and image scanning at scale, including driving remediation.
  • Hands-on experience with an authentication codebase, MFA rollouts, and CI/CD token lifecycles using OIDC and workload identity.
  • Experience designing and operating a unified internal network across multiple cloud providers and offices, including a resilient VPN approach.
  • Experience building internal security tooling adopted by other teams, with guardrails integrated into developer tools and feedback and impact measurement.
  • Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Crossplane, or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build paved roads for image scanning, SBOM generation, and CVE response within existing pipelines, routing findings to owners for remediation under tracked SLAs.
  • Lead the design, reviews, and tooling for a unified internal network and VPN across GCP, AWS, and the Miami, Berlin, and Copenhagen offices while the network-owning team continues to operate it.
  • Work with authentication service maintainers on identity and access, including MFA rollouts, removing shared accounts, and cleaning up long-lived tokens.
  • Establish workload identity as the CI/CD paved road using OIDC between GitHub Actions and AWS or GCP, packaged so teams can migrate independently.
  • Build audit logging as a shared capability for teams to integrate.
  • Turn GRC controls into technical implementations and build evidence pipelines that produce auditable output without manual follow-up.
  • Own the contracting cycle for external penetration tests and build an intake, classification, and tracking system that routes findings to named owners for remediation.
  • Hand off each capability with a runbook, named owner, and escalation path, and run office hours for product and platform teams seeking security reviews or paved-road guidance.
  • Mentor the rest of the team and raise the security bar across Builders.
  • Help shape multi-environment network architecture, identity and access patterns, and the product's long-term security posture.
  • Set technical direction for the team's quarterly missions and document decisions.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with GitOps tools such as Flux or ArgoCD.
  • Experience with Cilium.
  • Experience with Kubernetes security at scale.
  • Experience building security into a GRC evidence pipeline.

About the Company

Veo Sports Cameras

AI camera for automatic football recordings

Veo Sports Cameras captures and analyzes football matches with its Veo Cam 2, a portable AI-powered camera that automatically records and follows the action on the field. The system combines a hardware camera with a subscription-based software platform, giving clients access to analyzed footage, review tools, and analytics to improve tactics and performance. The product works by the camera autonomously tracking play and recording video, which is then uploaded to Veo's platform where teams and players can review key moments and derive insights. It differentiates itself by offering an integrated hardware-and-software solution that requires no manual filming, with autonomous tracking, cloud-based analysis, and additional educational content like tactical series. Veo’s goal is to help both professional and amateur football groups enhance performance by making match footage and insights easily accessible and actionable.
