  • Proficiency in scheduling software and systems with strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of related experience.
  • Must have an interim Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
  • Assist flight commanders in providing requested data to the Commander's Support Staff in support of administrative programs, including task management, fitness, safety, security, supply, and manning programs, using applications such as the Military Personnel Data System.
  • Assist flight commanders in preparing, maintaining, and disposing of administrative reports and other correspondence.
  • Act as the point of contact for newly assigned aircrew by orienting them on the organization's basic functions, introducing them to key personnel, and scheduling their initial training and orientation requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Unit Deployment Manager to schedule required pre-departure training with deploying personnel and their supervision.
  • Provide deployment data and information enabling the Unit Deployment Manager to schedule and coordinate with wing, base, and higher-headquarters offices on deployment issues, and maintain mobility and training folders and documentation in accordance with the Department of Defense Foreign Clearance Guide, Air Force Instruction 10-403, Air Force Instruction 33-332, Geographic Combatant Command, Major Command, installation supplements, and locally developed guidance.
  • Prepare and submit purchase requirements supporting aircrew deployment to the Unit Deployment Manager and resource advisor.
  • Provide aircrew pre-deployment and post-deployment mobility, logistics, security, ancillary training, medical, and dental requirements to the Unit Deployment Manager.
  • Assist flight commanders with collecting deployment-reporting data in the Defense Readiness Reporting System and Air Expeditionary Force Reporting Tool, including Unit Type Code posturing and individual status updates, and provide the information to the commander and Unit Deployment Manager.
