Support the gathering and coordination of business requirements.
Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reporting.
Support initiatives related to process improvement, digitalisation, AI, and automation.
Ensure actions and deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and scope.

Desired Qualifications

Previous experience in insurance, banking, consulting, or other regulated sectors is highly desirable.
Exposure to AI, automation, or data-driven initiatives is highly valued.

The role will involve supporting the delivery of initiatives related to digital transformation, process evolution, and the adoption of AI-driven solutions.

Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid environments.
Fluent English and Spanish.
