A Juris Doctor degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association is required.
Texas state bar certification is required.
Two to five years of personal injury experience or related legal experience is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook is required.
The candidate must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
The candidate must have organizational and planning skills, including time management and the ability to structure tasks and maintain order.
Responsibilities
Meet with clients and handle motion work, discovery, depositions, and mediations.
Discover and develop clients’ stories by working on cases and helping protect clients from insurance companies.
Manage caseloads proactively and provide exemplary customer service to clients.
Use strategic insights to help drive the business forward.
Lead, manage, and hold the pod accountable by developing and implementing strategies that foster productive relationships with the support team and align its work with company goals and objectives.
Advocate assertively on behalf of clients and pursue goals with urgency.

Discover & Develop Client’s Story: Work on great cases for exceptional clients. Keep them from getting taken advantage of by insurance companies.

What We’re Looking For:

$100K - $200K base salary per year based on experience and potential.
