Power Digital launches AI-Native Growth model.

Power Digital launches AI-Native Growth model. Power Digital, an AI-Native Growth Firm, announced a proprietary AI ecosystem that makes, executes, and compounds growth decisions in real time, built on more than a decade of performance data, growth frameworks and vertical expertise. The announcement marks a significant milestone in the company's decade-long investment in proprietary technology, data infrastructure, and vertical expertise. The evolution comes as marketing leaders face mounting pressure to prove the business impact of every dollar spent, with 64% of CMOs citing that proving marketing's value is their top challenge. Most of the industry has answered that pressure with more dashboards, more decks, and more content. Power Digital took the opposite path, rebuilding strategy, media, creative, and analytics around a proprietary intelligence layer, and embedding that layer directly into the way its teams and clients work together every day. "AI has made it easier than ever to generate content, insights and recommendations, but the value of any output depends on the expertise applied to it," said Jeff Mason, CEO of Power Digital. "That's why we've built Power Digital around specialized vertical divisions instead of generalist teams, and why we invested more than three years training our own intelligence layer. Our people bring the category expertise. Our AI brings speed to insight and speed to action. Together, they change what a growth partner can do." Power Digital's AI ecosystem. At the center of the model is the AI ecosystem: three proprietary technologies, built on Power Digital's decade of performance data, that run as one conjoined system. Iris: intelligence layer for growth decisions. Iris changes how decisions are made. Iris is Power Digital's proprietary intelligence layer, a system three years in the making, trained on the Power Circuit growth methodology, thousands of incrementality tests and billions of dollars in transaction data. It reasons across every signal in a client's business to diagnose the real constraints on growth and point to the highest-impact next move, and it gets sharper with every action taken. Omega: ai-powered execution platform. Omega changes how decisions are executed. Not a dashboard and not a reporting tool, Omega is the live operating system where Power Digital's growth directors, their AI agents and their clients run campaigns together. The platform surfaces Iris's recommendations, executes approved actions at agent speed, and puts the client in the cockpit as co-pilot rather than as an audience for a monthly report. Creative Affinity: creative intelligence layer. Creative Affinity changes how outcomes compound. It is the creative intelligence layer, analyzing millions of creative assets to predict what will perform and sharpen creative effectiveness over time. "Our data warehouse gave us the foundation. The hard part was turning a decade of data into intelligence you can trust," said John Saunders, SVP of Innovation at Power Digital, who led the build of Iris and Omega. "Omega isn't one model behind a chat window. It's a fleet of specialized agents running around the clock against live data, and every action they take gets approved by a strategist. Every outcome feeds the next recommendation, so the platform gets sharper with every action it takes. We took how a great agency operates and rebuilt it as an AI ecosystem with human judgment at the core." Building a self-improving growth system. Every signal, decision, and outcome that runs through the ecosystem trains it further. Institutional knowledge built across thousands of engagements gets redeployed across every account instead of walking out the door with whoever worked it last. "General-purpose AI is powerful, but it doesn't know your business," said Ben Dutter, Chief Strategy Officer at Power Digital. "Ours does. Iris is trained on thousands of incrementality tests, billions of dollars in transaction data and the Power Circuit framework ABM has refined across thousands of client engagements. That's the difference between a system that can write you a recommendation and one that can tell you the right recommendation for your business. It's why its clients grow 2.5x faster than the industry average." Real-Time collaboration between teams and clients. Clients now operate inside the same live environment as Power Digital's team, turning the vendor-and-client relationship into a unified team working off the same data, with shared visibility into what's working, what isn't, and what to do next. The traditional monthly reporting cycle gives way to real-time, shared growth decisions, and every Omega-recommended action is logged against a KPI, making the before-and-after impact of any move traceable and objective. "The winning equation is the best talent plus the best tech," Mason added. "AI doesn't replace our people, it gives them and our clients time back to solve the problems that actually move the business. People still make the calls. The tech makes them sharper." Power Digital Expands Vertical Division Model with Acquisition of Cardinal

Power Digital expands vertical division model with acquisition of Cardinal. Acquisition establishes Power Digital's dedicated healthcare division, pairing deep healthcare specialization with enterprise intelligence designed for complex, regulated markets Power Digital, a leading tech-enabled growth marketing firm, today announced the acquisition of Cardinal Digital Marketing, a healthcare-focused performance marketing agency. The acquisition establishes Power Digital's dedicated healthcare division, purpose-built to serve healthcare organizations with specialized expertise supported by enterprise-scale intelligence. That focus is intentional. Healthcare marketing demands a fundamentally different approach, where regulatory oversight, long decision cycles, and extended patient journeys shape every investment decision. Success requires specialized expertise, earned trust, and measurement approaches designed for environments where traditional attribution is limited. Cardinal built its reputation by focusing exclusively on healthcare and developing methods aligned to these realities. "Brands want two things when selecting an agency partner: the best practitioners and a team that truly understands their category," said Jeff Mason, CEO of Power Digital. "That belief is exactly why we restructured Power Digital into vertical specific divisions and why we chose Cardinal to become our healthcare division. They are world class at scaling healthcare organizations with the depth and specialization that drives real performance. Together, we're building the most specialized, highest performing healthcare growth platform in the industry, and this is just the beginning." Cardinal will operate as Power Digital's healthcare division, maintaining its leadership, team, culture, and healthcare-first mission, while being supported by Power Digital's enterprise intelligence and measurement capabilities. As a result, healthcare organizations gain greater confidence in where to invest, how to forecast growth, and what is truly driving patient acquisition across the journey from discovery through booking. "This division reflects how we expand enduring value," said Britney Schroeder, SVP of M&A, Power Digital. "Cardinal is a category leader that has earned authority in a complex market. Power provides a structure in which their expertise leads while enterprise intelligence accelerates growth. Cardinal will remain autonomous as they are the source of trust, durability, and long-term impact." This dedicated healthcare division resolves a structural trade-off healthcare organizations have faced for years: balancing specialist depth with enterprise-scale intelligence. * Clearer confidence in where to invest and why * Advanced measurement and forecasting designed for healthcare realities * Optimization of the digital patient journey from discovery through booking * Visibility into what is truly driving incremental patient volume "Cardinal has always been built around outcomes. Our clients judge us on one thing: whether more patients actually show up for care," said Alex Membrillo, CEO of Cardinal Digital. "We chose Power because they measure success the same way we do, by results that matter. Power brings the intelligence and infrastructure that let us raise the bar on proving impact in healthcare, without changing who we are or how we serve our clients." Power's healthcare division, led by Cardinal, is designed to help organizations meet rising expectations for measurement, forecasting, and ROI while maintaining patient trust, compliance, and the healthcare-first focus Cardinal is known for.
