About the job

Requirements
  • At least 5 years owning an outcome in product management, implementation or solutions consulting, technical program management, support engineering, developer experience, or technical enablement.
  • Experience automating personal workflows; comfort using Git, a command line, and an unfamiliar codebase. Software engineering experience is not required, but the role requires building.
  • Practical experience shipping a real product or solution using a large language model (LLM), including evaluating its output and detecting incorrect results.
  • Direct customer exposure through implementation, support escalation, solution consulting, professional services, or training, with an understanding of why technically correct documentation can still fail readers.
  • Ability to learn a complex product without a specification and retain awareness of points of confusion while learning it.
  • Ability to influence product managers and engineers without managing them.
  • Ability to prioritize and say no when responsible for a large documentation surface as a solo contributor.
Responsibilities
  • Own documentation across in-product Help, implementation guides, support runbooks, and release notes for the platform and embedded applications.
  • Decide what documentation to create, rewrite, and retire.
  • Build an information architecture based on what customers search for and struggle with.
  • Define and own metrics for documentation shipped with releases, page freshness, Help searches with no results, and support volume on topics believed to be covered.
  • Design and build an AI-assisted pipeline that drafts documentation from tickets, pull requests, release artifacts, and recorded demos.
  • Build an evaluation process to catch convincing but incorrect pipeline output before it reaches customers.
  • Automate change detection, terminology and style enforcement, screenshot capture, and publishing.
  • Own the documentation toolchain, including deciding what to retain, automate, or replace in the existing MadCap Flare authoring and repository publishing setup.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to establish a definition of done that captures how features work, including navigation, permissions, configuration, error states, and impact on existing users.
  • Build terminology and style standards for consistent writing across four ERP surfaces that use different names for the same concepts.
  • Design a detection and revalidation process for documentation affected by ERP interface changes and own its service-level agreement.
  • Learn the products by using them and determining how they behave rather than relying only on specifications.
  • Write content requiring human judgment, including migration guides, error taxonomies, and integration behavior.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience with MadCap Flare.
  • Deep familiarity with at least one complex enterprise system, such as an ERP or accounting platform, and willingness to learn more.
  • Experience with docs-as-code or continuous-integration-driven publishing.
  • B2B fintech, payments, or accounts receivable experience.
  • Experience building an internal tool that others depend on.

From Friction To Flow: Ar Automation In 2025

01 Paper checks and manual data entry are still common elements of accounts receivable. 02 Manual processes’ delays, errors and uncertainties have a direct impact on revenue. 03 By automating AR processes, businesses can improve the timeliness of payment receipt while reducing costs and manual frictions. 04 PYMNTS Intelligence interviews Carey O’Connor Kolaja, CEO of Versapay, on why digitizing and automating payments is no longer just a nice-to-have for companies in 2025.At the core of every business, accounts receivable (AR) serves as a critical driver of growth by converting sales into cash flow. Although digital and automated transformation is ongoing, many companies are still relying on slow, manual processes to manage this essential function. These manual workflows require human input at every step — from generating invoices to collecting payments — making them prone to inefficiencies and errors
