Responsibilities
  • Lead and track progress – Drive the execution of delivering design packages of work, ensuring alignment with performance baselines.
  • Manage project documentation – Keep all necessary records up to date and compliant.
  • Control budgets – Stay on top of expenditures and ensure spending aligns with approved plans.
  • Schedule for success – Develop and maintain project schedules to keep everything on track.
  • Report with insight – Provide performance updates, including earned value and variance analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement – Analyze data and implement strategies to enhance delivery performance.
  • Mitigate risks – Proactively identify and manage risks.
  • Support change management – Play a key role in adapting to project changes smoothly.
  • Manage dependencies – Oversee project interdependencies, ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with Supply Chain, Safety, and Regulatory teams to resolve any conflicts.
