Facility Manager - Gastronomy
About the job
- A completed degree in civil engineering, or training in real estate with further education or an equivalent qualification, is required.
- Very good knowledge of computer-aided design systems, Microsoft Office, and SAP is required.
- Practical manual skills are required.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
- Good technical knowledge to handle projects independently is required.
- Very good spoken and written German is required.
- Provide technical support for gastronomy facilities.
- Solicit tenders with price comparisons, place orders, and monitor all necessary repairs, including assigning work to selected specialist companies and reviewing invoices.
- Conceptualize and participate in planning new gastronomy facilities in cooperation with a planning office, serving as project lead.
- Conclude maintenance contracts, monitor maintenance dates, and document maintenance reports.
- Conduct oral and written correspondence with service providers, planning offices, and internal interfaces.
- Monitor service providers such as building services and external contracted companies.
- Conduct contract negotiations with cost planning and cost control.
- Professional experience in a gastronomy environment is advantageous.
- Willingness to perform varied activities.
