Requirements
  • At least 3 years of closing experience in SaaS, ecommerce, or the Shopify ecosystem is required.
  • Demonstrated quota attainment and an ability to discuss deal size and lessons learned from missed quotas.
  • Comfort with prospecting in a role that is not purely inbound.
  • Ability to use artificial intelligence tools daily to work faster and smarter.
  • Understanding of ecommerce and direct-to-consumer business models.
  • Willingness to travel to prospects when necessary.
Responsibilities
  • Engage with direct-to-consumer brands and help them understand the business value of a strong mobile experience.
  • Use artificial intelligence to research accounts, personalize outreach, and create assets that deliver value to prospects.
  • Conduct calls with merchants and teammates.
  • Own the sales process from the first email through the signed contract.
  • Work alongside Sales leadership, Solutions, and key stakeholders while staying close to customers to deliver value early and iterate quickly.
