  • Strong proficiency with contemporary frontend and backend technologies, such as React or similar frameworks and Node.js, Python, or comparable backend stacks.
  • Demonstrated experience designing scalable system architectures, building secure APIs, and working across structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and modern data infrastructure, including data warehouses and analytics ecosystems.
  • Ability to take ambiguous, high-level business problems and translate them into intuitive, high-impact technical solutions.
  • Strong product and systems thinking, with a focus on building solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
  • High ownership mindset, strong technical judgment, and ability to independently drive initiatives from problem definition through delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and deliver dashboards and KPI frameworks that provide real-time, self-serve insight into financial and operational performance for Finance and Executive Leadership.

  • Embed AI-enabled capabilities where they create leverage, such as intelligent alerts, workflow orchestration, anomaly detection, narrative generation, and agentic automation.
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions, then harden them into production-ready systems focused on reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
  • Establish documentation, engineering standards, and ownership practices to ensure finance tooling remains extensible, trustworthy, and easy to evolve.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience integrating with ERP systems such as Oracle and abstracting core finance data into modern services, data platforms, and internal tools.
  • Experience designing or integrating AI- and automation-driven capabilities, such as LLM-powered services, workflow orchestration, intelligent agents, or data-driven alerting.
  • Exposure to finance, accounting, analytics, or enterprise systems; deep finance domain expertise is not required.
