  • This is an entry-level position with full training and support provided.
  • Strong client-service skills are required to meet client expectations and support client satisfaction.
  • A strong client-oriented approach and an understanding of the mutual fund and securities business are needed, along with a willingness to learn investment-management operations.
  • Knowledge of the Internal Revenue Service retirement-account processing rules for individual retirement accounts and qualified plans is needed.
  • Knowledge of compliance rules governing the financial-services industry, including Anti-Money Laundering, Late Day Trading, the Privacy Act, and the United States Patriot Act, is needed.
  • Strong dedication to quality customer service is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for Windows is required.
  • Availability to work from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. is required.
Responsibilities
  • Interact extensively with internal and external clients and teammates by telephone, email, and in person in a professional and accurate manner.
  • Cultivate and maintain close client relationships through proactive measures and creative customer service.
  • Educate clients and assist them in implementing practices that enable more effective use of Middle Office products and services to meet their business needs.
  • Interpret monetary requests to determine the correct course of action based on high-net-worth client goals and objectives and SEI guidelines and procedures.
  • Determine the best course of action when a request is not in good order, including making discretionary decisions that may affect SEI’s responsibility in a related dispute.
  • Identify advisor-related processing issues to ensure accurate completion of submitted requests and provide value-added servicing.
  • Apply financial-services compliance rules while completing client service requests.
  • Participate in departmental projects to improve current processes and systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality, quality, and privacy.
  • Coordinate, perform, and complete multiple duties and assignments concurrently and in a timely manner.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of related work experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial and/or investment services is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively and productively with others are preferred.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are preferred.

SEI opens Singapore office as city-state's asset management sector hits $5T

SEI has opened a Singapore office to expand its asset servicing, professional services, and UCITS fund distribution in Asia-Pacific. The move follows strong regional growth, with assets under management at Singapore-based firms reaching S$6.7 trillion in 2025, up 10% year-on-year. Connall McGuckian has been appointed managing director and head of Singapore. He joins from State Street Singapore, where he most recently served as chief operating officer for alternatives investment solutions in Asia-Pacific. SEI provides asset servicing for 48 of the world's 100 largest asset managers and ranks among the top five administrators of private assets globally. The company manages, advises, or administers approximately $2.1 trillion in assets as of 30 June 2026.

SEI Investments reports record Q2 2026: revenue up 15%, adjusted EPS surges 38% year-over-year

SEI Investments reported record quarterly results for Q2 2026, with revenue up 15% year-over-year and adjusted earnings per share rising 38%.
