Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Three to five years of business writing experience in sales support, proposal generation, marketing, communications, publishing, or print media.
Responsibilities
  • Write responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) under strict deadlines and create pricing proposals, standard program proposals, Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and ad hoc documents for external clients.
  • Manage projects independently and in accordance with detailed client specifications, with typical turnaround times ranging from one day to three weeks.
  • Work with sales representatives and relationship managers in field offices to coordinate projects.
  • Integrate pricing into formal proposal documents by interacting with sales and relationship management staff.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and subject matter experts to update product information, sales positioning, and proposal content in support of the agreed-upon sales strategy.

  • Experience developing and managing responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
  • Experience coordinating proposal submissions involving multiple contributors and subject matter experts.
  • Familiarity with proposal management platforms such as Responsive (RFPIO), Qvidian, or similar tools.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Financial services, payments, treasury management, commercial card, or corporate payments industry experience.

The integration leverages Verra Mobility's toll processing platform, which handles over 300 million transactions annually across 7 million fleet vehicles. Fleet managers can now access toll payment services alongside existing Voyager offerings like fuel, EV charging, and maintenance through a single bill and reporting portal. The service addresses growing complexity as toll roads expand across the United States, helping fleets manage charges and violations across multiple tolling authorities whilst maintaining compliance. The solution is now available to all U.S. Bank Voyager customers.

Stepan secures $500M five-year credit facility, up from $450M

Stepan Company has secured a new $500 million five-year credit agreement, replacing its previous $450 million facility and boosting liquidity by $50 million. The specialty chemicals maker announced the deal on 25 September 2026. The new package comprises a $350 million multicurrency revolving credit facility and a $150 million delayed draw term loan, both maturing in September 2031. An expansion option allows Stepan to increase total capacity to $750 million if needed. Interest rates are tied to the company's net leverage ratio, with spreads ranging from 1.125% to 1.625% above benchmark rates. JPMorgan Chase Bank serves as administrative agent, with Bank of America as syndication agent. The agreement includes standard financial covenants and will finance working capital, acquisitions, capital expenditure, and general corporate purposes.
