Trust & Will, an online estate planning firm, raised $25 million in a Series C funding round led by Moderne Ventures, with participation from Northwestern Mutual, UBS, and Erie Insurance. The San Diego-based company has now raised $75 million in total. The funding will be used to enhance AI capabilities. Trust & Will's valuation has increased over 5x since its 2020 Series B round, now in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
The Livingstone Revocable Living Trust purchased 3.72 acres of land at 3075 N. Valley Ranch Dr. in Tucson, from Michael Hultquist for $750,000.
