Let Autopilot handle
all your application work.

Autopilot handles the entire job application for you. You choose the jobs you want to apply to, and Autopilot takes it from there: it tailors your resume to each job description, writes a cover letter for the role, fills out every question in the application, and submits it. Afterward, it keeps track of the application for you. When the company replies — interview invite or rejection — Autopilot updates the status in your Application History and notifies you.

Not on its own. Every day, Simplify finds new jobs that match your preferences and shows them to you as Matches. You decide which ones to send to Autopilot, and nothing is submitted until you do. Sending all of your Matches to Autopilot at once isn’t available yet, but it’s on the way.

No. Autopilot only works with what’s already on your resume and in your profile. It reorders, rewords, and emphasizes your real experience to match the job description, but it never adds skills, roles, or accomplishments you don’t have.

Yes. Turn tailoring off in your Autopilot settings, and Autopilot will submit your resume exactly as you uploaded it.

Yes. Every application Autopilot submits is saved in your Application History, including the exact resume, cover letter, and answers that were sent.

Some application systems aren’t supported yet. For those, you can use Simplify Copilot, which fills out the application in your browser so you only have to review and submit it.

Each application Autopilot submits uses one credit. A credit is deducted only once the application has been successfully submitted; if a submission fails, no credit is used.

If Autopilot can’t complete a submission, we’ll notify you, and no credit is used. You can retry the application with one click. If it still doesn’t go through, the issue is usually with the employer’s application system, and you can finish that one manually from their site.
