An AI agent that runs your job search 24/7.

An AI talent agent is software that helps manage your job search from end to end. Instead of making you search job boards, rewrite your resume, fill out the same forms, and track everything yourself, it uses your profile, goals, and preferences to recommend relevant roles, tailor your application materials, submit applications on your behalf, organize your search, and suggest the next best action. The key difference is that it works for you, all the time. As you save jobs, apply, skip roles, and update your profile, your agent learns what you're looking for and gets better at surfacing opportunities that actually fit.

You build one profile (or take a 5-minute AI interview). From that moment, Simplify is working for you. It matches you to live roles as they're posted, tailors your resume for each, identifies people you already know at the target companies, makes warm intros to recruiters, and can autofill or auto-apply through Copilot. Every interaction (every saved job, every interview, every application) teaches the agent more about what you actually want, so the matches get stronger over time.

Yes. Simplify's AI talent agent is free to use. Build your profile, get AI-matched to jobs, tailor your resume, autofill applications, and track everything from one dashboard at no cost. Simplify+ unlocks additional AI features (like unlimited AI resume tailoring and priority recruiter intros) as a premium subscription, but the core agent is free forever.

Simplify's matching engine considers your skills, experience, preferences, salary expectations, location, and goals, then weighs them against signals on the employer side: tech stack, role responsibilities, seniority signals, and hiring activity. It surfaces roles where you're a real fit, not just a keyword match. Every time you save a job, dismiss one, or complete an interview, the model updates and your future matches get sharper.

Yes, in two modes. Copilot is a browser extension that autofills applications across every major ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, and dozens more). One click and you're done. Autopilot (private early access) goes further: it applies on your behalf to roles that match your criteria, queuing them for your review or sending them automatically. You stay in control of which roles get submitted.

No. Applications submitted through Simplify look identical to manually-submitted ones: same fields, same materials, same submission path. The difference is on your side: instead of spending an hour per application, the agent prepares everything in seconds and lets you review and send. Many employers actively encourage candidates to use tools like Simplify because well-prepared applications make it easier for recruiters to review candidates.

All of the above. Simplify works across career stages. New grads get matched to entry-level roles and internships, with extra weight on majors, projects, and clubs. Career changers can highlight transferable skills, and the AI helps reframe past experience for the target field. Experienced candidates get matched to senior and leadership roles with appropriate compensation expectations. The same agent, tuned to your stage.

Two things. First, every action you take is signal: each save, dismiss, application, interview outcome, and edit teaches the model what you actually want versus what you said you wanted. Second, Simplify operates at scale. Patterns we learn across millions of job seekers (which resume changes lift interview rates, which intro paths convert) improve everyone's agent. You get a personalized model on top of a continuously-improving foundation.
