If you list a certification, be ready to discuss the project behind it, the data you trusted, the people affected, and whether the improvement lasted.

A role can sound strategic while functioning mainly as a reporting service for leaders who make every decision. These answers reveal whether the stated goals match the authority, budget, and time available to achieve them.
